Rooted in French pastry,made with intention
At Floyd's Bakehouse, we create small batch desserts inspired by French pastry techniques and comforting, nostalgic flavours. Our founder trained at Ferrandi, Paris and honed their craft at legendary institutions including Stohrer and Angelina, bringing that depth of knowledge into every bake.
From delicate éclairs to wedding cakes and seasonal specials, each dessert is thoughtfully made using quality ingredients and careful attention to detail. We believe that truly great baking is a balance of technique, texture, and emotion — the kind of thing that lingers long after the last bite.
Floyd's Bakehouse is named after our beloved husky, Floyd. His memory lives on through the little dog in our logo and the love poured into everything we bake.
